Well, I haven't been getting much use out of the camera lately, but I did get this one in at a family get-together for my aunt's 75 birthday party. I usually don't like how any portrait shots that I take come out, but I dig the angle on this one, and the tree in the background made the backdrop stand out some. I'm glad I ended up bringing my camera.

Cool, that's one nice thing about digital cameras is that you can just fire away. Unusual angles rule, especially with kids. I generally hold the camera at (my) knee level when shooting kids. It's generally best to shoot kids at their eye level, which is easy with a dig. camera, just guess and fire!
